Symphony was designed to provide affordable senior living in the Franklin area. The intimate size of the community and a one-level floor plan, make it convenient for our residents to navigate around the community and ensures optimum interaction between residents and staff. Symphony utilizes resources on our staff-resulting in a stable, empowered and happy workforce of caregiving professionals. The Symphony S.M.A.R.T.© Training and Empowerment Program provides education on not only the mechanics of caregiving but on each staff member’s personal growth and development.
