Regional Director of Operations/ Administrator
Beverly is a native of Pennsylvania and moved to Tennessee in 2016, to be closer to her daughter. Prior to her move, she was employed by HCR Manorcare, one of the country’s largest long- term providers, for 16 years. Her experience with HCR Manorcare includes work as a Marketing Director, Dementia Unit Coordinator, Executive Director for Assisted Living, and Administrator for Home Health and Hospice. She is a previously licensed Pa. Personal Care Home Administrator and Home Health and Hospice Administrator. Beverly is currently licensed as a TN Assisted Care Living Facility Administrator, and was a member of the Tennessee Health Care Association Future Leaders class. In addition to obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pa, Beverly attended Temple University’s graduate program. Her compassion for serving the elderly, especially those with dementia, is driven by the loss of her father who suffered from vascular dementia. Beverly has been married for 33 years to her husband, Howard.
Director of Wellness
As the Director of Wellness, Kathy oversees the clinical and medical programs for the residents and monitors adherence to applicable laws and regulations. She will be responsible for ensuring that the facility’s standards of care meet and exceed guidelines, as well as supervising staff members of clinical and medical programs, such as nurses and resident care aides.
Kathy has been a nurse for 28 years, with her entire career working with the geriatric population. Kathy started her career as a certified nursing assistant and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing at a skilled nursing facility in Franklin, TN. In the last 10 years, she has worked as the Director of Nursing in Assisted/Memory Care Living. Kathy has helped open two new Assisted Living Facilities in middle Tennessee. She is a graduate of Tennessee College of Applied Technology and has completed numerous Dementia Training programs.
Kathy lives on a farm in Bon Aqua, TN with her husband of 49 years and has three sons, two daughter-in-law’s, and two grandsons whom she loves spending time with.
Family and Community Liaison
Sandy is the Family/Community Liaison for Symphony, providing support to residents, families, and staff. Sandy has been working with seniors in Assisted Living for over 9 years. Her experience at NHC Cool Springs, includes, Assisted Living Director, Memory Care Director and recruitment and training of volunteers. Sandy is also a certified Dementia Care Practitioner. A graduate of the University of Memphis, with a degree in Elementary Education, Sandy resides in Murfreesboro with her husband Les, daughter Sydney, and two Yorkies. Her son, Drake, is currently serving in the United States Air Force. Sandy ‘s faith and passion for serving others, is evident in her interactions with residents, families, staff, and everyone she meets.
Business Office Manager
Audrie is a native of Tennessee and lives in Fairview. Prior to working for Symphony, she was employed by Southern Care Assisted Living as Business Office Manager. After graduating from cosmetology school, Audrie worked as a beautician and then as a sheet metal worker. She competed in the regional sheet metal apprenticeship competition and attended Women Build Nations Convention in Seattle, WA. and was a member of the Local 177 sheet metal union. Audrie felt a need to serve people more closely and decided to pursue a career in senior living. She recently obtained her TN Assisted Care Living Facility Administrator’s license and is excited to be part of a growing company.
Warner is a native of Tennessee and lives in Fairview. Prior to working for Symphony, he was employed by Southern Care Assisted Living as an Assistant Administrator. Warner has grown up in the senior living industry doing a variety of jobs, under the guidance of his father and Symphony’s owner, Richard Chavez and recently obtained his TN Assisted Care Living Facility Administrator’s license. Warner is excited to be the second generation of his family providing affordable, senior living options to the residents of Middle Tennessee.
